Transcendental Meditation Residence Courses
Meditator Residence Courses are designed to give you a giant step forward in the development of higher states of consciousness. They provide an opportunity to gain even deeper rest from your meditation practice within just two days. This long weekend course will refresh your mind and body and prepare you to return to daily activity with greater effectiveness and inner bliss. At least one Residence Course is a pre-requisite to the TM - Sidhi® Program Course.
The cost is $295 which includes beautiful lodging with private marble bathrooms in the Peace Palace and freshly prepared organic meals in the new 35,000 square foot dining and student commons in the Argiro Student Center, just across the way.

TM – Sidhi® Program Center Invincibility Course

The TM-Sidhi program is an advanced program of Maharishi Vedic Science and TechnologySM, the complete science and technology of Natural Law. The TM-Sidhi program is a natural extension of the Transcendental Meditation® program and may be learned after two months of regular practice of the Transcendental Meditation technique. Practice of the TM-Sidhi program accelerates the progress of the individual towards realizing his full potential -- the state of enlightenment.
EEG Coherence during the TM-Sidhi Yogic Flying Technique
One aspect of the TM-Sidhi program is called Yogic Flying. During the first stage of Yogic Flying, the body lifts up and moves forward in short hops. Subjectively one experiences exhilaration, lightness, and bliss. EEG studies show that during this practice, at the moment the body lifts up, coherence is maximum in brain wave activity.
This optimum coherence in brain functioning creates perfect mind/body coordination which is expressed by the Yogic Flying. When Yogic Flying is practiced in groups, this influence of coherence spreads throughout the environment, reducing negative tendencies and promoting positive, harmonious trends in the whole society which has been scientifically validated by over 500 research studies conducted at 200 research universities and institutions in 30 countries around the world.

Applicants for the TM-Sidhi program must have been practicing the Transcendental Meditation technique for minimum of two months. The TM-sidhi program can be learned through the Center Invincibility Course (CIC) offered at your local Maharishi Peace Palace , Maharishi Vedic University or Maharishi Invincibility Center. Free introductory lectures are followed by an orientation meeting and interview for interested participants. The program is then taught in 12 two-hour classes followed by an additional two weeks in-residence program.
NOTE: Four (4) Advanced Techniques are required of all applicants not living full time in Fairfield, Iowa. M.U.M. students are not required to have Advanced Techniques.
